If your Nanoscope shows an “Oops” error, please refer to the following for the official way to fix it. Click Here. If that does NOT work or if you are having additional problems then please submit a support ticket by Clicking Here. What ever you do please DO NOT mess with the files on your nanoscope as you may make it completely unuseable and have to purchase a new nanoscope.
